Once you've found the act(s) or band(s) you are interested in you can contact us either by filling out our ENQUIRY FORM or by calling us on 0116 242 900
Please try to provide as much information in your enquiry as possible including approximate timings, location of your event, likely number of guests and if possible your approximate budget for an act.
We'll need to check availability and get some ideas and prices together for you...
When we have the necessary details, we'll contact your chosen acts and bands to check their availability and get a confirmed price for your event. As soon as we have heard from them we'll be straight back in touch so you can make a decision.
Confirming your booking...
If you would like to go ahead and book an act or a band, we'll need to take some final details from you (contact details, addresses, timings etc) before sending out a contract for you to sign and return.
Your contract can be signed easily with our online signing system, saving you the hassle of posting contracts or scanning and emailing them.
A non-refundable deposit, usually equal to 15-20% of the overall fee is required along with return of your signed contract - payable either BACS/bank transfer or by cheque.
The balance payment of a booking is to be received no later than 14 days prior to the event (for original or famous acts, this can sometimes be up to 4 weeks prior to event date).
Please Note - when booking an original/named recording artist for your event, a larger deposit amount may be required to secure your booking.
