About Kings of Leon Tribute Band - The Four Kicks

Formed in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, a small town in North West Leicestershire, England, in May 2014, taking their name from one of Kings of Leon’s earlier, punkier tunes, The Four Kicks have been building a reputation as one of the most accurate and authentic tributes to the Kings of Leon around. They take great care in their work and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in everything from the learning of the songs to the staging of the live show. The Four Kicks have crafted a set which appeals, not only to the avid Kings of Leon fans but to any live music lover, with a slick and professional live show highlighting the outstanding talent of these four young musicians.

The Four Kicks began playing local shows in the Midlands area to much acclaim, forming a healthy following at their gigs and on social media. They have since moved on to play shows all over the UK and across Europe. They received rave reviews when playing in Barry, Wales and are set to return there to perform at one of the UK’s biggest tribute festivals in June; Glastonbarry, in front of an expected crowd of around 10,000 people. They have performed at a number of FakeFestival events and never cease to capture the thousands of people who attend the shows up and down the UK. In September 2016, the band organised a gig at one of the Midlands’ best live music venues, selling out the show and boosting the band’s reputation and following. The success of the event gave them an increased level of confidence to host shows independently in the future.

The band travelled to Holland in 2016 to play a 3-day rock festival organised by JBM events. Their performance was so much of a success that they have since returned to play a number of other shows across The Netherlands, including a gig in the centre of Amsterdam. The band is now represented by JBM events for all future European bookings and, with more shows across Europe already being organised, The Four Kicks’ international status as the definitive tribute to the Kings of Leon continues to grow.

The Kings of Leon continue to stay relevant with the release of their most recent studio album ‘WALLS’. With their music still in such high demand, the call for the number one tribute band continues – The Four Kicks certainly fit that mould. Enjoying the challenge that learning new material brings, they have crafted the perfect set spanning the entirety of the Kings of Leon’s back catalogue. Their set list is dynamic and versatile, matching the raucous energy of the Youth and Young Manhood, to the epic soundscapes of their later work. The Kings of Leon’s changing sound and image is mirrored in the bands performance and portrayal of the band and this accompanied by impressive reactive lighting and visuals gives the audience the complete Kings of Leon experience.

The Four Kicks are still developing which makes what they have already achieved even more impressive. They have the drive and determination to become the number one tribute to the Kings of Leon in the world and their undeniable talent has already set them well on their way. If it’s a vibrant, authentic and quality Kings of Leon tribute you’re after, look no further than The Four Kicks.
